Preparing for birth with the support of yogic principles can be extremely beneficial to families at any stage. Breath work, alignment techniques, and instruction on pose safety and appropriateness are all topics we can cover together. Additionally, we can explore together how you move your body, how you connect to your baby in-womb, and figure out what works for you.
